Even though I was trained to teach English, I know the language system of my own language well. Simply because I am comfortable speaking in English, this helps the transfer of knowledge when teaching Chinese to English speaking people. Below is some information about myself.

My name is Maurice, graduated from Hong Kong Institute of Education in 2010 with BEd(Hon)(English Language), well trained and experienced in language teaching. In the same year, I started to work at a local secondary school for 2 years. Last year I spent in Europe.

During my study, I also had an immersion programme in which I was put in a local English family, whom I still visit very often. I studied in the science stream when I was at an EMI secondary school, and I had C grade or above for all subjects. Therefore, besides English, other subjects are considered depending on the level.
